How can I return or exchange a STL3DModels product?
If you need to request a refund or credit for a product, please contact our Support Team. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the digital nature of our products and the opportunity for preview or inspection before purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are not obligated to issue a refund or credit in the following cases (but not limited to):
- You changed your mind about the product.
- The product was purchased by mistake.
- You lack the necessary skills or expertise to use the product.
- Your refund request is based on goodwill rather than an issue with the product.
- You are unable to access the product because it has been removed by the seller or your account has been blocked. (We strongly recommend downloading your purchases immediately after completing your transaction.)
Can I get a refund?
If a refund or credit is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. For example:
- Purchases made with STL3DModels USD Credits will be refunded in STL3DModels USD Credits.
- Transactions completed via PayPal or credit card will be refunded through the same PayPal method.
Pricing & Transaction Errors
While we take all reasonable precautions, errors may occasionally occur, such as incorrect pricing or inaccurate product details due to typographical mistakes. In such cases, STL3DModels reserves the right to cancel or reverse a transaction, even after payment has been processed. If this happens, we will issue a prompt refund or credit.
By making a purchase, you agree that if a PayPal dispute is raised, STL3DModels will not be able to release any funds from your Member Account until the dispute is fully resolved.
