Crafted with cosplay builders and fans in mind, the Darth Vader Helmet STL Kit captures every intimidating detail of the Sith Lord’s iconic helmet. Whether you’re building a full suit or a standalone display, this file set offers flexibility with multiple versions and screen-accurate options for lenses, ventilation, and assembly.

Files Included:

  • Assembled helmet version

  • Filled solid version (great for mini printing)

  • Pre-separated version

  • Pre-cut parts for smaller printers

  • Mesh pattern for the top respirator/ventilator

Key Features:

  • Two faceplate variants:

    • For vacuum-formed lenses

    • For flat lenses (screen-accurate to Revenge of the Sith)

  • Lens cutout template included – works with ridge system for simple lens installation

  • Magnet-ready dome connection – designed for use with two 1.25″ diameter magnets

  • Ridge guides modeled for ¾” elastic band connection (face to neck)

  • Vents are individually numbered and designed with flat bottoms for easier printing

  • Default scale fits a 24.5” head circumference (recommended to keep this scale for magnet compatibility)

Material Recommendations:

  • 1.25″ magnets for dome attachment

  • ¾” elastic bands to secure face and neck pieces

  • Black mesh or fabric for screen-accurate vent detailing

  • Optional: replace printed vents with actual mesh and fans for added realism
